As I close out 2025, I keep coming back to people.
Conversations. Feedback. Silent support.

One moment stands out.
Someone close to me called out how I show up in DMs.
It was direct. It was uncomfortable. It was necessary.

It changed a simple habit for me.
Before I hit send, I now check three things:
Tone. Clarity. Respect.

Leadership isn’t only what you say in public.
It’s what you write when no one is watching.

I’m ending 2025 grateful.
And I’m walking into 2026 committed to showing up better, consistently.
