In 2024, I ran a personal challenge: 12 Months – 12 Books – 12 Learnings.
I shared 36 learnings in public.

In 2025, I took it further.
I aimed to write one post a day.

Published 353 posts.
I missed 12 days because life happened.
But I did not let the habit die.

Why I did this

Not for content. Not for likes.
I did it to build something I personally needed.
Self-discipline. Consistency. Self-leadership on hard days.

I’ve spent years building products and operations.
This year, I built a system for my own mind.

Because knowledge is easy to collect.
Consistency is earned.

What this year taught me

1) Discipline is training. Not a personality.
You build it like muscle. One rep a day.

2) Your biggest threat is self-negotiation.
You delay, Justify, Bargain.
Your results change when you stop debating and start doing.

3) Progress is not “never missing.” It is “returning fast.”
Missing isn’t the issue.
Quitting is.

4) Self-awareness beats willpower.
If you don’t know your patterns, you will keep repeating them.
When you see them, you can redesign your environment and win.

I still had messy days.
I just stopped letting messy days become messy months.

If you want a better 2026

Pick one habit that will upgrade your life.
Make it small enough to do daily.
Track it for 30 days.
If you miss, return the next day. No guilt. No drama.
